Sometimes in the endless scroll through your phone’s photostream of other people’s lives, you happen upon some treasure. Today’s treasure came in the form of @BeastModeGrandma, by way of #GrandmasWhoLift (yes, it’s a thing; no, don’t ask us how we got there).

BMG is actually 62-year-old Sue, self-proclaimed “fitness convert” who “loves to lift heavy stuff.” The ‘grams you see before you are just a couple jewels in the treasure trove that is her account. Apparently Sue started her journey about four years ago, and fitness changed her life. She has impeccable taste in pants and she’s strong as hell!

In a recent viral clip originally posted by Alicia Brogan and later reposted on CrossFit’s official Instagram account, we meet a kid who’s very focused on his CrossFit routine, which includes sets of squats, weightlifting, and, last but not least, ring pull-ups. “Yeah, that’s good!” Brogan says in the background, cheering him on. “One more, one more!” she shouts proudly before he completes his impressive regimen.

“💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 get it little buddy” one person wrote underneath the post. “This is amazing….and SO CUTE!” another commentator said. Watch the adorable video above to get all of the fitness motivation you needed this week.

Kevin Hart may be a big-time Hollywood actor, but he totally gets us, and his morning workout with his wife Eniko Parrish is a struggle we can all relate to. We’ve all been there, whether we want to admit it or not, trying to look good or show off for someone at the gym, but it doesn’t always go according to plan. Luckily, Kevin didn’t wipe out on the treadmill or drop a weight on his foot, but his wife definitely did not notice him trying to go extra hard during a set of seated cable rows.

“When ur trying to show off by lifting heavy in front of your wife & she forgot to pay attention 😂😂😂😂,” Kevin captioned the Instagram photo above.

Kevin is constantly flexing on Instagram, showing off his high-intensity workouts and we love how hard he works in the gym, but Eniko’s reaction is pure gold. Sorry, Kevin, she’s too busy doing her own set!
